Pre-release document — not yet in force
MW Compliance Hub is not yet open to customers and does not hold information about real people. These pages are published early so they can be read and challenged before anyone signs up. They take effect only when the platform is released for real use, and some points below are still outstanding — they are shown as outstanding rather than filled in with a guess.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the information we hold about you, and an explanation of how it is used.
- Correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion, where there is no longer a good reason for us to keep it.
- A pause on some uses while a dispute is looked into.
- An objection to a use that relies on our legitimate interests.
- Your information in a portable form, where that applies.
How to ask
Write to the Data Protection Contact, MW Integrated Care Consultancy Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Tell us what you are asking for, and enough about your dealings with us for us to find your records. We may ask for proof of identity where the request concerns sensitive information.
There is no charge. We reply within one month. If a request is complex the law allows us to extend that, and we will tell you if it applies and why.
Still outstanding
- A monitored email address for these requests has not yet been created, so post is the only route today.
Who answers your request
If your information sits in a care provider's own records — for example an incident, complaint, safeguarding concern or training record entered by your employer or a service you use — that organisation decides the request, not us. We pass your request on promptly and help them answer it.
If your information is ours to decide — an enquiry, a booking, a platform account, a consultancy record — we answer it ourselves.
Two honest limits
- Tamper-proof audit records cannot be deleted entry by entry. Where deletion would mean altering that trail, we explain what we can do instead and record the outcome.
- Copies may persist for a period in our hosting provider's backups. We cannot yet state that period, because the provider has not confirmed it to us in writing.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any point, whether or not you have contacted us first.
