Pre-release document — not yet in force
MW Compliance Hub is not yet open to customers and does not hold information about real people. These pages are published early so they can be read and challenged before anyone signs up. They take effect only when the platform is released for real use, and some points below are still outstanding — they are shown as outstanding rather than filled in with a guess.
What is stored in your browser
| Purpose | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Keeps you signed in and protects the session against misuse | Until you sign out, or the session expires |
| Security and abuse protection | Helps detect repeated failed sign-in attempts from the same browser | Short-lived |
| Interface preferences | Remembers choices such as your theme, in your browser only | Until you clear your browser storage |
That is the complete list. All of it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for.
What we do not use
- No advertising network and no advertising pixels.
- No third-party analytics broker or session-recording tool.
- No cross-site tracker and no data-enrichment service.
- No cookie consent banner, because there is nothing non-essential to consent to.
Records of how the platform is used are first-party and stay inside our own database. If any of this changes, this page is re-issued first, and where the law requires it we ask for consent before anything is set.
Still outstanding
- The final wording is subject to a qualified adviser confirming how each item is classified under the UK's electronic-communications rules.
